The terms that apply when you buy from Whoshue.
Buying from us
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment clears and we send your confirmation.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable digital goods tax where we're required to collect it.
Digital products
Digital books are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Access links are personal to you and last one year from purchase, with a per-item download limit.
You may not share, resell, redistribute or sublicense the files.
Licence
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to print and colour the artwork for yourself, your household and a single classroom.
Commercial reproduction, resale of printed pages, and use in products for sale are not permitted. Contact us for a wider licence.
Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once downloaded. If a file is faulty, corrupted or materially different from its description, we will replace it or refund you in full.
Availability
Items marked Sold Out cannot be purchased. We do not accept payment for products we cannot deliver.
Liability
We provide our products as described but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
