Delivery & returns

Digital delivery

When digital sales reopen, download links will be supplied on the order confirmation page after payment clears and emailed to you. Links last one year.

There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge on digital orders.

Printing artwork

We supply digital files only; no art prints, framed pieces, canvas, posters or physical products are shipped. You may arrange personal printing through a third-party provider, subject to your download licence.

Returns

Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, but faulty files are always replaced or refunded. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it the same day where we can.
