How digital delivery works, and what happens when physical editions arrive.
Digital delivery
Your download links appear on the confirmation page the instant your payment clears, and we email the same link to you. Links last one year.
There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge on digital orders.
Physical editions
Printed books are not yet in stock and are marked Sold Out. Once they arrive we'll publish delivery times and costs at checkout before you pay.
Returns
Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, but faulty files are always replaced or refunded. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it the same day where we can.
