Downloads
Can I buy a PDF right now?
Not right now. Sales are paused for all digital formats, including printable PDFs. Existing customers can still use their purchased download links.
I lost my download link.
Search your inbox for “Whoshue”. If it's really gone, contact us with the email address you used and we'll reissue it.
How long do links last?
One year from purchase, with a generous download limit so you can grab your files on every device you own.
My download won't open.
You need a PDF reader — most browsers and phones have one built in. If the file seems damaged, get in touch and we'll send it directly.
Printing
What paper should I use?
Standard printer paper is fine for pencils. For markers, 100gsm or cardstock stops bleed-through and feels lovely.
Letter or A4?
Both. Every page is designed with safe margins so it prints correctly on either size — just choose “fit to page”.
Can I print in black and white?
Yes, that's the intent. The books are line art, so a mono laser printer is perfect.
Digital artwork
Do you print or ship posters, frames or wall art?
No. Who's Hue supplies original digital artwork; customers arrange their own personal printing through a provider of their choice.
What type of artwork file will I receive?
We are preparing high-resolution image exports. Final file types, dimensions and any included PDF versions will be shown on each product before purchases open.
Can I use the artwork for print-on-demand products?
Personal prints are different from commercial reproduction. Selling products made with the art, including through print-on-demand services, requires a specific commercial-use licence. Ask us about rights before using any art commercially.
Can I use the art on my phone or computer?
Digital display and personal backgrounds are intended uses, subject to the rights listed with the downloaded file.
Orders & payment
How do I pay?
Checkout is currently closed and no new payments can be started. All formats are marked Sold out.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital files can't be returned, but if a file is faulty or wasn't what was described we'll refund you in full. Just contact us.
Which editions are sold out?
All editions in the catalog are currently unavailable. We do not sell physical art prints. Availability updates will be announced here.
Licensing
Can I use these in my classroom?
Yes — one teacher, one classroom, print as many copies as your students need.
Can I sell pages I've colored?
Not as products or reproductions. The artwork stays ours, but colour away for yourself, your family and your students.
I need a wider licence.
